Family Activities in Brighton Includes Community Clean-up
Several activities for families are being offered for families to have fun in Brighton. It includes among others, Community Clean-up Activities.
Another activity is skating on the ice rink of the Royal Pavilion. It is annually installed just outside the landmark. This week is the last chance to enjoy this festive season with the family. It is open between 9.30m to 10.15pm.
Or if you love to play golf, there is a mini golfing activity for the entire family. Based outside, the mini golfing is on Madeira Drive. Two mini golfing places available are the Jungle Rumble Adventure Golf and Brighton Beach. The former can be found past the CONCORDE 2 while the latter can be found near the Zipwire. While In the area you might also love to check Yellowave Beach Sports Venue for some volleyball fun and treat yourself to a snack in the Modern World Cafe Car.
Apart from all these activities, what stood out is the community clean-up drive in the seafront of Brighton. A way of giving back to mother nature is by taking part in cleaning the seafront. Bridget Fishleigh, the only independent City Councilor, organized this event.
There are two organizations who have shown support to this event and they are going to meet at the Volks Railway Station at 2pm. One of them is a graffiti cleaning team and the other one is flower-planting activists. They are going to clean up Brighton’s seafront until 4pm.
This clean up drive is meant to maintain the cleanliness of the place and to add a better showcase to the view of the city.
After the cleanup you can still have a look around the pier for free. You can check out the City gifted by Queen Victoria called by its new name the “People’s Palace”. There can b a lot of fun for the whole family which can be concluded through a walk along the Pier which gives you a great view of the city.
